My research focuses on understanding the social-cognitive mechanisms that explain the performance of individuals, groups, and organizations. Specifically, my research stream examines the processes that underlie anger and aggression, creativity, cultural interactions and conflict. I combine lab and field experiments, and incorporate multiple levels of analysis - individual, group, and organizational levels. In my research I wish to advance the understanding of social phenomena to promote individual performance, solve group misunderstandings and manage organizational problems.
